In fact I would go as far as saying that all small business owners should be careful when they upgrade from GA to any other tool. I would also say that I know of no circumstance in a medium sized and large business where a properly used and properly implemented paid tool couldn`t pay for itself and more. In these cases it simply doesn't make sense to exclusively use GA - it doesn't have the required power or features. Not all paid tools provide the same reports or functionality. What tool you should choose depends on your business goals and what extra features (report emailing etc.) you require.
